The Captains Card - Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How can I deposit money to a Captains Cash (Flex) account?
- The Captains Cash Kiosk (Cash or credit card). This requires the Captains Card and the credit card, if using one, to be present
- Online under mycnu, click on mycaptainscard or a guest can go to www.cnu.edu/captainscard and follow the links. (Credit Card)
- Go to the Cashier's Office in the Administration (cash or check) - This process can take up to 24 business hours to reflect on your account
- DSU Welcome Desk. Bring your loose change, we will roll it up and desposit it right on your card.
Q. I am no longer attending CNU, how can I get a refund?
A. You must complete a Captains Cash Refund Request form. Once your withdrawal status is confirmed the request will be processed. This process usually takes 4-6 weeks.
Q. My Captains Card is lost/stolen/damaged, do I have to pay for a replacement?
A. If your Captains Card has been lost there is a $15.00 replacement fee. If your Captains Card has been stolen you can bring a copy of the police report to the Captains Card office for a replacement at no charge. If your Captains Card is damaged, in most cases you will be charged a $15.00 replacement fee.
